Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

2. Free Shipping
• Available on orders over $50
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece as much as we love creating them. If something doesn’t fit your style or silhouette perfectly, our return process is simple and straightforward.

Key Return Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (we cover exchanges)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bodysuits (due to intimate fit considerations)
  • Swimwear bottoms (unless packaging is unopened)

All other items from our collections (bandage dresses, biker shorts, jeans, jumpsuits, etc.) are eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours (weekdays) with return authorization
  3. Package Your Items: Include the original packing slip or your order confirmation
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our returns center at:

Exchange Process

Found the perfect bandage dress but need a different size? Exchanges are easy:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 above
  2. Note “EXCHANGE” and your preferred item/size in your email
  3. We’ll include prepaid return shipping for your exchange item

Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (credit cards may take 1-2 billing cycles)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds exclude original shipping and any import duties paid
